Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead OEM/ODM product development from specification to pilot run and high-volume production introduction.

Reporting to the Product Development Director, you will drive project planning, risk management, documentation control, and timely escalation of issues. Fluent English and Putonghua are required, with strong customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 7+ years in program management or product development.
• Proven ability to manage internal/external communications and expectations.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Project and MS Office.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Lead OEM/ODM projects from specification through pilot run and production.
• Coordinate with project teams to manage designs and schedules.
• Ensure compliance and timely development procedures.
• Develop and maintain project plans; facilitate reviews.
• Interface with customers to meet timelines and satisfaction.
• Report progress to internal/external stakeholders and execs.
• Plan end evaluations and capture lessons learned.
• Maintain accurate project history for progress monitoring.
• Identify risks and formulate proactive action plans.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement.
