Job summary

CIT Cosmeceutical Pte Ltd is seeking a production specialist to lead, train, and coach a team. The role covers daily purchasing, inventory, and work schedules, with hands-on involvement in production machines.

You will manage end-to-end manufacturing activities, update the SAP system, and oversee ISO documentation and audits, ensuring inter-department coordination to meet schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related background preferred.
• 2-3 years manufacturing experience required.
• Independent thinker with integrity.
• Willing to learn and be hands-on.
• Excellent communication to train and coach team members and handle client queries.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and coach team members.
• Manage daily production purchases, inventory, stock and work schedules.
• Participate from start to finish in product finishing.
• Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
• Oversee manufacturing process from purchasing to handover to warehouse.
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system.
• Update and maintain ISO documentation.
• Handle internal and external audits and related documentation.
• Co-operate with other departments to ensure schedule adherence.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/management.

Job Description:

• Able to lead, train and coach team member
• Manage and handle daily production purchase, inventory, stock, and work schedule
• Willing to learn and participate from the start to the end finishing product
• Cleaning and troubleshoot in production machines
• Responsible for the whole process of the manufacturing from purchase, withdraw, issue until handover to warehouse
• Create, maintain and update the SAP system
• ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance
• Responsible for the internal and external audit process and documentation
• Co-operate with inter department to ensure the production is running as per schedule
• Other task/assignment given by the Superior/Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma with Engineering Chemical or Chemistry background will be advantage
• At least 2-3 years manufacturing work experience required
• Independent thinker who acts and decides objectively and with integrity
• Willing to learn new things and hands on
• Excellent communication so as to provide training and coaching to team member and also to handle queries from clients/associates
• Computer literate
