Job summary

BAH Partners is partnering with a leading digital assets firm to hire a Production Support Engineer for a high-performing technology team. You will ensure stability, reliability and performance of mission-critical systems that power millions of users and large trading volumes across global markets.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in production support/SRE, strong Linux and SQL skills, scripting experience, and a solid grasp of networking.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Application or Production Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or Shell.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
• Experience supporting distributed applications in production.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support mission-critical production trading and platform systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and performance issues.
• Manage incidents, root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes.
• Work closely with Software Engineers, SREs, Infrastructure, and Product teams to improve platform reliability.
• Automate operational processes and improve observability, monitoring, and alerting.
