TTUKoffer, Hong Kong – New Plant is seeking a Production Engineer / Technician to join the hands-on manufacturing team. You will work on day-to-day operations, equipment setup, and support the establishment of the new plant.

The role requires at least 3 years’ manufacturing experience in pharma/health supplements/food, hands-on machine operation on the production floor, and Mandarin language skills; English reading is basic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience in pharma/health supplements/food.
• Hands-on experience operating production floor machines.
• Comfortable in a production environment, not desk-based.
• Mandarin communication required.
• Basic English reading ability to understand simple manuals.

Responsabilités

• Handle end-to-end production work including materials, setup, production, packaging and storage.
• Operate tablet press and packaging machines per SOP.
• Perform basic in-process checks (weight, appearance).
• Carry out routine maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, simple parts replacement).
• Support basic troubleshooting with remote engineering team.
• Assist in setting up production processes for the new facility.
