Job summary

Hong Kong Regen Medtech Limited is seeking aProduction Officer to assist the Production Manager in planning and organizing the production department to achieve business objectives. You will ensure regulatory compliance for all manufactured products and monitor equipment, cleanroom and warehouse following PIC/S GMP procedures.

Collaborate with QA, QC and R&D to improve productivity and quality, assist in designing manufacturing process flows, and monitor Process Validation and Cleaning

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a PIC/S GMP production role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and training skills.
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager to plan and organize the production department to achieve company’s business objectives.
• Ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements of all products manufactured.
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved PIC/S GMP procedures.
• Involve in design of various manufacturing process flows and monitoring of Process Validation & Cleaning Validation processes.
• Manage GMP documents e.g. batch production records, manufacturing instructions, SOPs, etc.
• Work closely with QA, QC and R&D departments to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality.
• Stem cell product manufacturing and packaging.
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager and/or management team.

Requirements

• or above biotechnology, biochemistry, chemistry and medical laboratory science or science degree with relevant to cell therapy, gene therapy, regenerative medicines or tissue engineering, or other similar sciences disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ significant experience of production/manufacturing role in a PIC/S GMP compliant organisation
• Good organization, communication, management and training skills.
• Independent, enthusiastic and a good team player
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
