Job summary

Trust Recruit Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Engineering Assistant to provide technical support, qualify equipment and processes, and monitor machine performance to uphold efficiency and product quality.

You will perform daily machine checks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with production teams on schedules and audits. Cleanroom work experience and ability to work shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Technical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in cleanroom environment preferred.
• Able to perform shift work (Mon – Fri, 8am-5.30pm / 8pm-5.30am).

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical support.
• Conduct equipment/process qualifications as needed.
• Perform daily checks on machine performance/operating parameter and quality of product.
• Troubleshoot machine issues, implement remedies and follow up action.
• Report and document major product failures.
• Ensure timely preventive maintenance.
• Monitor calibration and servicing schedules.
• Maintain machine efficiency and reject rate as per system.
• Coordinate with production team on schedules, improvements, audits, and stock takes.
• Liaise with supplier on all technical purchase.
