Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong seeks an engineering professional to support production operations and drive process improvements in a cleanroom setting. The role covers qualification activities, SOP development, and cross-functional collaboration for efficiency gains.

Entry level candidates are welcome as training is provided; the job offers a 5‑day work week and an attractive package including basic salary, allowances, AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall technical support for production operations.
• Conduct equipment and process qualification activities as required.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, machine manuals, and equipment-related documentation.
• Identify and drive process improvement, automation, and engineering projects to enhance productivity, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Oversee production control activities, including rework, scrap/loss disposition, process deviations, validation protocols, new process implementation, and process changes.
• Manage, supervise, and develop technical and engineering staff to support operational objectives.
• Coordinate with the Production team on machine installation and facility layout planning.
• Maintain 5S practices within the workplace.
