Job summary

Hong Kong-based 香港亞方科技有限公司 is hiring an AI Research & Development Engineer to advance AI models from research to production. You will reproduce, implement and evaluate algorithms, build inference services, and develop backend systems that run reliably in live environments.

You will collaborate with product, operations and research teams, implement scalable data interfaces, and write technical documentation for model evaluation, deployment and operations. Fluent in Chinese and English preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience turning research into production AI systems.
• Strong backend development and ML experience.
• Ability to work in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce and optimise AI algorithms with multiple metrics.
• Deploy validated models into production inference services.
• Develop backend services and data interfaces using Python/Node.js.
• Collaborate with product, operations and research teams to release prototypes.
• Write technical docs for model evaluation, deployment and operations.
