Job summary

China Mobile (Hong Kong) Innovation Research Institute is seeking an AI researcher to advance core AI technologies, including ML/DL design, large-model training, and deployment. You will craft AI system architectures and explore applications across domains such as 5G/6G, education, and healthcare.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to open-source communities, publish research results, and participate in patent strategy planning, while maintaining high English

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong ML/DL foundation; familiarity with CNN, RNN, Transformer, GAN; experience in CV/NLP/large models/RL is preferred.
• Proficient with TensorFlow or PyTorch and programming in Python or C++; distributed training and edge inference experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of core AI technologies including model design and optimization.
• Lead large-scale model training and deployment, and design AI system architectures.
• Explore AI in vertical domains (5G/6G, Web 3.0, education, healthcare, finance) and validate solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to promote industry-academia-research cooperation and publish findings.
• Contribute to open-source communities and assist with patent strategy planning.
