Job summary

Toshiba TEC Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to manage customer quality concerns and drive improvements across production yield. You will coordinate with multiple departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction as the business grows.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience, with strong communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively in a team.

• Participate in quality reviews and presentations to address customer concerns and provide updates on quality status.
• Study production processes and implement improvements to enhance quality yield at each sample status stage.
