Job summary

ConnectedGroup Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Product Owner to lead Secure Access, Loan and Wealth initiatives. You distill product strategy into actionable backlog for an Agile team, ensuring customer needs are accurately represented.

You will work with a cross-functional team including a Scrum Master, Engineers, Analysts and other roles to deliver the backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and escalate blockers with decisive collaboration.

Qualifications

• Ability to distil product strategy into actionable backlog items.
• Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies.
• Experience delivering products in financial services or risk domains.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Distil overall product strategy and roadmap into actionable backlog for the Agile Team.
• Work within an Agile team including Scrum Master, Engineers, Analysts to deliver team backlog.
• Escalate delivery blockers and dependencies with decisive, collaborative action.
• Own user stories and epics with clear acceptance criteria, ready and done definitions.
• Deliver updates for Platform and executive stakeholders to secure buy-in for delivery.
