Job Description

• Be accountable for the overall product development on Unified Communication solutions and management including new idea generation, product planning, business case formulation and product commercialization.
• Responsible to manage vendors, liaise with business partners, conduct research, formulate strategies for product positioning and pricing to ensure usability and profitability.
• Responsible for business planning, execution and performance tracking of new products/services, managing product development process to ensure usability and marketability of the services, and channel communication.
• Required to develop mechanism to obtain feedback from customers to enhance solution features and maintain the growth of the products/services.

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Telecommunication, Engineering, Information Systems or related discipline
• 7 years’ product management and marketing experiences in enterprise communication products/solutions
• Relevant experience/knowledge in any of the following areas: IP Telephony, PABX and / or Contact center business / UCaaS
• Self-initiated, highly motivated, meticulous and result-oriented
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
