Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a product leader to own the treasury clearing and settlement platform, handling multi-currency and multi-channel funds processing. You will drive product planning, design, and execution while improving settlement efficiency and risk controls.

The role requires 3–5 years in fintech/payments or financial systems, deep knowledge of clearing/settlement, treasury, FX, and the ability to write PRDs and coordinate cross-team projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred in CS/finance/economics/math.
• 3–5 years in fintech payments or financial systems.
• Deep experience in clearing & settlement, treasury or FX.
• Knowledge of payment workflows and financial accounting.
• Able to produce PRDs and drive execution.
• Strong cross-team communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own product design for a treasury clearing & settlement platform across multi-currency and multi-channel funds.
• Lead planning and solution design for clearing & settlement, including accounts, billing, P/L, settlement, reconciliation, and exceptions.
• Establish treasury risk monitoring and optimize funds safety and stability.
• Build FX and treasury management products: quotes, rate management, LP management, cost, positions, hedging.
• Map and streamline business, treasury, and finance workflows; drive finance integration.

Job Responsibilities

• Own product design for a treasury clearing & settlement platform, supporting multi-currency (fiat, digital assets, stablecoins) and multi-channel (banks, card networks, payment institutions, exchanges) funds processing and settlement capabilities.
• Lead product planning and solution design for clearing & settlement, covering core capabilities including account structures, billing, profit/loss or split allocation, settlement, reconciliation, and exception/erroneous transaction handling—improving funds processing efficiency and automation.
• Establish treasury risk monitoring and exception handling mechanisms, and continuously optimize clearing efficiency, funds safety, and business stability.
• Build products related to FX and treasury management, including quotation, exchange rate management, LP management, cost management, treasury positions, risk control, and hedging management.
• Map and streamline business, treasury, and finance workflows, and drive business–finance integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in computer science, finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields preferred.
• 3-5 years of product experience in fintech, payments, banking, trading platforms, or financial system products.
• Deep experience in at least one of the following areas: clearing & settlement, treasury management, financial accounting, FX, or trading systems.
• Familiar with core payment or financial system workflows, including accounts, fund flows/transactions, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, exception handling, and financial accounting.
• Able to independently conduct requirement analysis, produce product solution designs, write PRDs, and drive project execution.
• Strong cross-team communication and project management skills, with high responsibility and clear ownership (Owner mindset).
