Job summary

BloFin is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the full lifecycle from market research to post-launch optimization in the fintech space. You will translate complex cross-border payment requirements into clear product solutions, driving features that boost business performance and user experience across multi-market environments.

• 3+ years of Product Manager experience with the ability to independently handle product planning, definition, and execution.

• Strong end-to-end product delivery capability — from problem definition through to launch and iteration.
• Able to maintain clear judgment and drive outcomes effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent logical thinking and structured mindset, capable of handling complex processes, rules, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle from market research, requirements discovery, solution definition, prototyping, specification writing, launch execution, to post-launch optimization.
• Deeply understand financial payments, cross-border payments, and related fund flow scenarios, converting complex requirements into clear and executable product solutions.
• Plan and drive actionable product features that continuously improve business performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, business, users, and other key stakeholders to ensure prioritized delivery.
• Continuously optimize product flows, rule logic, and overall user experience across multinational and multi-market environments.
• Identify problems, define them clearly, and drive improvement initiatives through user feedback, data analysis, and business observations.
• Produce well-structured and actionable product documentation, including PRDs, process designs, rule logic, prototypes, and collaboration materials.
• Leverage AI tools effectively to enhance research, analysis, specification writing, prototyping, and cross-team collaboration.

• Deep experience in finance, payments, Fintech, or related fields.
• Strong end-to-end product delivery capability — from problem definition through to launch and iteration.
• Able to maintain clear judgment and drive outcomes effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Excellent logical thinking and structured mindset, capable of handling complex processes, rules, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders including markets, users, business teams, design, engineering, and operations.
• Solid understanding of or strong interest in cross-border payments, financial products, and multi-market scenarios.
• Proficient in using AI tools and applying them effectively in daily product work.
• Able to use Chinese as the primary language for internal collaboration and communicate accurately with the R&D team.
• Proficient in English for reading documentation and effective communication with international partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital asset, stablecoins, blockchain payments, or related areas.
• Background in payments infrastructure, fund flows, settlement, reconciliation, or transaction-oriented backend products.
• Experience with cross-border payments, merchant services, transaction flows, or operational workflow products.
• Familiarity with API products, backend systems, rules engines, or operational workflow design.
• Experience in startup, 0-to-1, or fast-iteration environments is highly preferred.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams, with an understanding of how regulatory requirements influence payment product design.
• Strong business sense and the ability to connect product goals with user acquisition, conversion, and Go-to-Market strategies.
