Job summary

RedotPay in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Product Manager specializing in card issuing to own the end-to-end card product lifecycle for virtual and physical cards. You will drive user adoption, manage partnerships with card schemes, and align product roadmaps with business goals.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing and BD to ensure scalable, compliant solutions across jurisdictions. Strong data analytics and vendor management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in cards issuing or card payments in financial services.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end card payment life cycle (issuing, embossing, authorization, settlement, disputes).
• Familiarity with ISO8583 and card schemes (VISA/Mastercard).
• Ability to translate business requirements into product designs and specs.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making; SQL or analytics tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; fast-paced startup mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for virtual and physical card products and roll out new card features.
• Negotiate and onboard card schemes (VISA/Mastercard) and vendors; manage vendor communications.
• Oversee full life cycle of card products, integrate with card schemes and processors, and create PRDs from business requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing and BD to ensure compliant, scalable solutions across jurisdictions.
• Monitor product performance with metrics (activation, volume, CAC, retention) and optimize using data insights.
• Work with design teams to improve user flows and channel throughput; focus on satisfaction.
