Job summary

You will work across market intelligence, strategy, development, and governance, with cross-functional partners in investment, sales, legal, compliance, and operations, and you will leverage data analytics and AI to sharpen market positioning.

Qualifications

• Market research and benchmarking to identify product gaps and opportunities (≤140 chars).
• End-to-end product development from strategy to launch and governance (≤140 chars).
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams on product initiatives and projects (≤140 chars).
• 1–3 years of experience in a financial institution or asset management firm (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Support formulation of product strategy and drive new fund ideas through end-to-end development.

this role offers exceptional, broad-based exposure across the full product lifecycle—spanning market intelligence, product strategy, end-to-end development, and ongoing product maintenance across ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative investment platforms.

• Multi-Asset & Multi-Vehicle Scope: Direct exposure to ETFs, mutual funds, and alternative asset vehicles.
• End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Invalidation of market opportunities, structuring, launching, and maintaining ongoing product governance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with investment, sales, legal, compliance, and operations desks to execute firm-wide strategic initiatives.
• Data & AI Integration: Leverage data analytics and modern AI workflows to drive competitive market intelligence and product positioning.

Skills & experiences required

• Conduct detailed market research and competitor benchmarking to identify product gaps, whitespace opportunities, and strategy enhancements.
• Support the formulation of product strategy and drive new fund ideas through the complete end-to-end development process.
• Handle ongoing product administration, maintenance, regulatory filings, and strategy revamps across existing fund suites.
• Coordinate cross-departmental teams on product-related initiatives and execute ad-hoc strategic projects.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience within a financial institution or asset management firm. (High-caliber recent graduates with outstanding academic backgrounds and relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
• Technical & AI Skills: Proficiency in data analytics and hands-on application of AI productivity tools.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Hong Kong and Mainland China asset management industry landscape is a strong plus.
• Languages: Fluent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
