Job summary

Agoda’s Design team seeks an experienced Product Designer to help move experiences onto our new platform, preserving a high-quality customer experience across web and mobile.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and other designers, balance stakeholder needs, and make thoughtful migration decisions. A strong portfolio and 5 years in product design are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-time experience as a Product Designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of UX and UI fundamentals, with the ability to spot inconsistencies and gaps across different platforms and experiences.
• Experience working with complex products, systems, or platform-level experiences, and the ability to understand feature parity across different implementations.
• Strong design judgment and product thinking — able to make clear calls on what should be migrated, adapted, simplified, or redesigned rather than treating migration as a one-to-one copy.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across multiple teams and stakeholders to align on migration decisions.
• Ability to balance consistency and scalability with the needs of different products, platforms, and customer contexts.
• Clear communication skills to explain design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale
• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers and other partners to align on scope, requirements, priorities, and delivery timelines.
• Design end-to-end product experiences, from early exploration to high-fidelity designs.
• Test ideas, prototypes, and hypotheses with users to gather actionable feedback and iterate on solutions.
• Present and share your work with peers and stakeholders, both asynchronously and in person.
• Continuously improve your craft through feedback, iteration, and learning.
