Job summary

DR-Max Limited is seeking an Assistant Design Manager to lead the design and visual merchandising across the brand and CSR initiatives. You will oversee end-to-end production, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

The role requires a Diploma in Multimedia/Graphic/Web Design with 4+ years of design experience, strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, and the ability to mentor a team. Fluency in Cantonese and English is preferred, with immediate availability a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or equivalent disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or design firm, with experience supervising or leading a team.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product development, visual merchandising and promotion material design across DR-Max and related events.
• Oversee end-to-end production of design projects from idea to delivery, ensuring on-time execution and brand adherence.
• Manage online and offline materials including website interface, EDM, social media content, leaflets and POSM.

Assistant Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product development, visual merchandising and promotion material design across DR-Max, Children’s Book Fair and other CSR projects from conceptual design through to detailed design and execution support.
• Oversee and manage end-to-end production of design projects (from idea generation to final delivery), ensuring on-time execution and adherence to brand guidelines
• Responsible for all online and offline materials including website interface, EDM, social media content, leaflet, POSM etc.
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, or equivalent disciplines
• At least 4 years of relevant design experience, preferably gained in a digital marketing agency or design firm, with experience in supervising, mentoring, or leading creative team members
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, etc.
• Strong sense in the interactive creative and digital marketing trends
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Native Cantonese speaker with fair command of spoken and written English
• Immediately available is highly preferred
