Job summary

CSOP Asset Management in Hong Kong is seeking a product development and regulatory reporting professional to support business growth. The role involves researching market trends, aiding new product launches, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory filings and smooth issuance.

Responsibilities include maintaining existing products, driving enhancements, completing routine reports (monthly, quarterly, annual), and addressing regulatory inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent discipline.
• At least one year's ETF house or asset management experience would be a plus.
• Strong knowledge in financial markets and product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with preparing regulatory application materials, submitting filings, and handling regulatory reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficient in preparing clear reports, presentations, and responses to internal/external inquiries.
• Good stakeholder management and coordination skills across internal teams and external parties.
• Welcome fresh graduates with internship experience in ETF house or asset management firm.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on market trends and new product opportunities to support business development.
• Participate in new product launches, including internal coordination, external stakeholder management, preparation of regulatory application materials, and submission to regulatory authorities to ensure smooth product issuance processes
• Support the ongoing maintenance of existing products and implement product enhancement and upgrade projects
• Complete standard reporting, DDQs, PPT updates, and other routine client service activities
• Prepare and submit regular regulatory reports (monthly, quarterly and annual) in accordance with regulatory requirements, and respond to regulatory inquiries
• Handle product-related inquiries and consultation requests from various internal departments
• Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
