Computer Recruitment Consultants Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Procurement Assistant to support the end-to-end procurement process. You will gather requirements, liaise with internal users and vendors, and help manage costs and delivery schedules.

The role requires a diploma or above in Purchasing/Logistics/Business, strong numeracy, and good Excel/Word skills. IT or finance exposure is a plus; on-site office in North Point.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics, Business or related discipline.
• 1 year of working experience preferred.
• Strong in problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills, able to work under pressure.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing.
• Sensitive in numbers and good at calculation.
• Experience in IT-related firms would be an advantage.
• Experience in financial management would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist to handle all aspects of the procurement process
• Gather and analyze purchasing requirements on hardware, software license and services from internal users
• Assist Procurement Manager to liaise with vendor for price negotiation, terms, lead time etc
• Assist to follow up purchase orders, delivery arrangement and cost management
• Assist to manage and evaluate performance of vendors
• Prepare executive reports
• Prepare statistical data using ms excel formula and macros.
