Responsibilities
- Lead international procurement operations, managing end-to-end PO processes and relationship management with premium suppliers across the US, Japan, and Europe.
- Optimize sales enablement tools, systematically organizing memo samples, marketing collaterals, and customer loyalty giveaways.
- Supervise new collection launches by tracking timelines and deliverables with the global vendor network.
- Enforce quality control standards, spearheading critical negotiations with suppliers regarding defects and compensation.
- Execute strategic sourcing for specialized materials and bespoke products to meet evolving business demands.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product training and technical demonstrations to empower the sales team.
- Serve as a key advisory resource for sales, providing accurate product configurations, cost-benefit analyses, and pricing support.
- Bridge procurement and sales operations to streamline logistics, accelerate complaint resolution, and maximize client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the interior materials sector (e.g., wallcoverings, flooring, or fabrics) is highly advantageous; experience in trading or manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
- Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a proven track record of independent project management.
- Fresh graduates possessing sharp business acumen and strong common sense will also be considered.
