Job summary

Goodrich Global Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Procurement / Customer Service Supervisor to lead international procurement operations, including end-to-end PO management with suppliers across the US, Japan, and Europe. You will also oversee new collection launches and ensure quality control while supporting the sales team.

The role requires a degree, 3+ years in interior materials procurement, and fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience in interior materials (wallcoverings/fabrics/flooring).
• Excellent written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Chinese word processing.

Responsibilities

• Lead international procurement operations and manage end-to-end PO processes with suppliers across US, Japan, Europe.
• Optimize sales enablement tools and organize memo samples, marketing collaterals, and loyalty giveaways.
• Supervise new collection launches by tracking timelines with global vendor network.
• Enforce quality control standards and negotiate defects and compensation with suppliers.
• Execute strategic sourcing for materials and bespoke products to meet business needs.
• Develop and deliver product training and demonstrations for the sales team.
• Serve as advisory resource for sales with product configurations and pricing support.
• Bridge procurement and sales to streamline logistics and improve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead international procurement operations, managing end-to-end PO processes and relationship management with premium suppliers across the US, Japan, and Europe.
• Optimize sales enablement tools, systematically organizing memo samples, marketing collaterals, and customer loyalty giveaways.
• Supervise new collection launches by tracking timelines and deliverables with the global vendor network.
• Enforce quality control standards, spearheading critical negotiations with suppliers regarding defects and compensation.
• Execute strategic sourcing for specialized materials and bespoke products to meet evolving business demands.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive product training and technical demonstrations to empower the sales team.
• Serve as a key advisory resource for sales, providing accurate product configurations, cost-benefit analyses, and pricing support.
• Bridge procurement and sales operations to streamline logistics, accelerate complaint resolution, and maximize client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement within the interior materials sector (e.g., wallcoverings, flooring, or fabrics) is highly advantageous; experience in trading or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing.
• Positive, self-motivated, and results-driven with the ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a proven track record of independent project management.
• Fresh graduates possessing sharp business acumen and strong common sense will also be considered.
• Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
