Job summary

JD.COM in Hong Kong is seeking a procurement professional to manage end-to-end internal control systems and SOPs for supermarket procurement, ensuring compliance with group audit requirements.

You will conduct rigorous cost analyses and PPV tracking for grocery and fresh food categories, monitor supplier lifecycles with audits on food safety and cold-chain logistics, and coordinate with Store Operations, Category Management, Finance and Logistics to resolve risk exceptions.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above (Mainland China) or Higher Diploma (Hong Kong).
• Experience in procurement internal control, supply chain auditing, or cost management preferred.
• Experience in supermarket/hypermarket or fresh food retail is required.
• Skills: Strong negotiation and data analysis; high responsibility and target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement internal control system and SOPs to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Conduct cost analyses and PPV tracking for grocery/fresh food categories to meet target margins.
• Monitor supplier lifecycles and audit food safety, cold-chain logistics, and AVL to maintain supplier quality.
• Coordinate with Store Operations, Category Management, Finance, and Logistics to resolve procurement risk exceptions.
