JD.com is seeking a Procurement Internal Control Specialist in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end procurement internal control systems, conduct cost analyses, and ensure supplier compliance across food categories. The role collaborates with Store Ops, Category Management, Finance and Logistics to mitigate procurement risks and drive cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a background in procurement control, supply chain auditing, or cost management, with experience in supermarket or fresh food

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement internal control, supply chain auditing, or cost management is preferred.
• Prior experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or fresh food retail industries is required.
• Strong business negotiation and data analysis capabilities; high responsibility and ability to perform under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise the end-to-end procurement internal control system and SOPs to ensure compliance with group audit requirements.
• Conduct rigorous cost analyses and PPV tracking for grocery/fresh food categories to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier lifecycles, conducting compliance audits on food safety, cold-chain logistics, and fulfillment rates to maintain AVL.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Store Operations, Category Management, Finance, Logistics) to resolve procurement risk exceptions and follow up on projects.

Key Responsibilities & Targets

• Manage and Supervise the end-to-end procurement internal control system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring supermarket procurement behaviors comply with group audit requirements.
• Conduct Rigorous Cost Analyses and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) tracking for grocery/fresh food categories, identifying cost reduction opportunities to meet target margin indicators.
• Monitor and Evaluate Supplier Lifecycles regularly, conducting compliance audits on food safety, cold-chain logistics, and fulfillment rates to maintain a clean Approved Vendor List (AVL).
• Coordinate with Internal Teams (Store Operations, Category Management, Finance, and Logistics) to resolve procurement risk exceptions and follow up on other projects assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or above from Mainland China, Higher Diploma or above from Hong Kong; excellent written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Experience: Experience in procurement internal control, supply chain auditing, or cost management is preferred; prior experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or fresh food retail industries is required.
• Skills: Strong business negotiation and data analysis capabilities; high responsibility, clear sense of target, and ability to perform under pressure.
