Job summary

Cathay Pacific is seeking an experienced Compliance & Performance Analyst to strengthen procurement governance by transforming data into clear controls and insights across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.

You will automate dashboards, oversee SAP Spend Control Tower and Ariba Spend Visibility, and translate findings into corrective actions to improve Procurement Policy and Procedures. Strong collaboration with category teams and procurement leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, reporting or analytics.
• Degree holder in Procurement, Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline.
• Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP, SAP Spend Control Tower, Ariba Upstream, Ariba Spend Visibility, Ariba Guided Buying).
• Experience with automation and visualization tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, RPA) or advanced data modelling tools.
• Strong understanding of data integration, workflow mapping, and process automation.
• Ability to design intuitive, real-time dashboards for compliance monitoring.
• Excellent numerical, writing & reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard compliance and alignment with Cathay’s procurement standards across the S2P lifecycle.
• Monitor compliance and performance with clear reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Lead investigations into compliance issues and implement corrective measures.
• Oversee SAP Spend Control Tower, Ariba Spend Visibility and data reporting modules.
• Automate dashboard creation to support real-time reporting and reduce errors.
• Map manual reporting workflows and identify opportunities to automate data entry and report generation.
• Train procurement colleagues to use analytical modules for category strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in compliance and performance across S2P processes.
• Collaborate across teams to address compliance concerns and share best practices.
• Manage projects and support strategic initiatives for the Procurement Centre of Excellence.
