Waylung Waste Services Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, seeks a procurement-focused professional to partner with stakeholders and drive end-to-end purchasing. The role requires a Diploma in procurement and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with exposure to waste management advantageous.

Applicants will coordinate tailored procurement plans, manage RFQs, and support administrative operations while upholding Veolia’s governance.

Competenze

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement / purchasing / supply-chain or other business related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and compliance.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a plus.

• Identify and understand core procurement requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute tailored procurement plans to deliver milestones on time and within budget.

Job Description

• Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and understand core procurement requirements.
• Coordinate and execute tailored procurement plans to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
• Drive end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, managing RFQs, and facilitating competitive tendering processes.
• Support seamless administrative operations to ensure all purchasing initiatives align with overarching corporate goals.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and governance by ensuring full adherence to Veolia’s policies, approval flows, and delegated authorities.
• Build strong collaborative relationships across operational, commercial, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in procurement / purchasing / supply-chain or other business related field

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant procurement experience
• A high level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a distinct advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as Procurement Officer
