Job summary

Waylung Waste Services Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, seeks a procurement-focused professional to partner with stakeholders and drive end-to-end purchasing. The role requires a Diploma in procurement and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with exposure to waste management advantageous.

Applicants will coordinate tailored procurement plans, manage RFQs, and support administrative operations while upholding Veolia’s governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in procurement / purchasing / supply-chain or other business related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• High level of integrity, strong attention to detail, and compliance.
• Experience in waste management, recycling, or environmental services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand core procurement requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and execute tailored procurement plans to deliver milestones on time and within budget.
• Drive end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, managing RFQs, and facilitating competitive tendering.
• Support seamless administrative operations to ensure purchasing aligns with corporate goals.
• Uphold governance by adhering to Veolia’s policies, approval flows, and delegated authorities.
• Build collaborative relationships across operations, commercial, and finance teams.
