Job summary

Yulan Group Limited is seeking a Procurement Officer to support end-to-end purchasing for hotel projects in Hong Kong. You will source vendors, benchmark pricing, negotiate terms, and oversee delivery to ensure quality and timely completion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with corporate policies and local standards, manage FF&E sourcing, and handle contract administration while maintaining procurement records. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Procurement, Supply Chain or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Procurement, preferably in hotel/hospitality.
• Ample knowledge of guestroom amenities, FB items, FF&E, and Operating Supplies sourcing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle high pressure situations and work independently.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Procurement Officer.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the whole procurement process from vendor sourcing and selection to benchmarking, negotiation, delivery and market research.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with corporate policy.
• Buy furniture, fixtures, equipment, lighting, fabrics, wall coverings, flooring, artwork, mirrors and accessories for typical rooms, suites, restaurants and public areas competitively, timely and to quality standards.
• Lead installation of FF&E items.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget, meeting quality standards and operational requirements.
• Ensure corporate quality standards and local government standards are met.
• Assist in managing services contracts and agreements.
• Liaise with all relevant parties regarding project deliverables.
• Maintain and update purchasing and inventory databases and records.
• Accomplish ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
