Job summary

Shangri-La International Hotel Management Limited is seeking an Officer, Procurement in Hong Kong to manage sourcing, RFQ, contract management and spend analysis for the corporate office. You will negotiate offers, evaluate bids, and ensure compliant procurement while collaborating with ESG on responsible sourcing initiatives.

The role requires 1–3 years of procurement experience, a degree in related studies, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in procurement or related industries.
• Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Business studies preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and Pivot Table.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; multitasking and team player.
• Self-motivated with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement duties for the corporate office in Hong Kong including sourcing, RFQ, evaluation of offers, recommendation, negotiation, contract management, spend analysis and reporting.
• Support and review internal procurement requests such as marketing services, HR, IT hardware and software, general supplies and printing materials to ensure competitive offers and compliance.
• Collaborate with ESG team to launch, implement, and track the Responsible Sourcing Program.
• Compile and analyse various regular and ad-hoc procurement reports and update the master contract summary.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job description

We are currently looking for an Officer, Procurement who is good at negotiation, analytical skills and contract management. They should also be self-motivated, effective multi-tasker and a good team player.

As our Officer, Procurement, we will rely on you to:

Be responsible for procurement duties for the corporate office in Hong Kong, including sourcing, RFQ, evaluation of offers, recommendation, negotiation, contract management, spend analysis and reporting

Support and review internal procurement requests, such as marketing services, HR, IT hardware and software, general supplies and printing materials, to ensure competitive offers and compliance

Collaborate with ESG team to launch, implement, and track the Responsible Sourcing Program

Compile and analyse various regular and ad-hoc procurement reports (such as spend analysis, Responsible Sourcing tracking, and cost savings) and regular update the master contract summary.

Any other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

1 - 3 years of working experience in procurement and related industries

Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement/Business related studies is preferred

Proficient in Excel and Pivot Table is a must
