Job summary

Coucou (HK) Catering Management Co., Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end F&B sourcing, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.

You will ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls, collaborate with the F&B team to identify needs, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory, and drive cost savings through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Associated degree or above in supply chain management, procurement management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and procurement management, with abundant local supplier resources and knowledge of local laws and regulations.
• Familiar with procurement workflows, experienced in price negotiation, order management, accounting handling, and supplier development.
• Proficient in software such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; strong data analysis skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to drive work forward.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process for F&B items, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, internal controls, and F&B regulations.
• Collaborate with F&B department to identify needs and develop sourcing plans for ingredients, equipment, and other supplies.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory management for F&B inventory, including forecasting and replenishment.
• Monitor procurement performance, identify costs savings, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of F&B-related purchases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide regular reports on procurement activities and metrics.

OverseeinventorymanagementforF&Binventory,includingforecasting,replenishment,andoptimization.
