Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to drive end-to-end process management initiatives across the organization.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong skills in process mapping, diagnosis, reengineering, and system development. You will lead transformation projects and embrace AI-enabled solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business admin, management, data analytics, CS, telecom, supply chain, finance or related disciplines preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; telecom experience preferred.
• Proficiency in process mapping, diagnosis, reengineering, and system development; end-to-end process management experience.
• Hands-on leadership in transformation projects; full lifecycle from research to post-project review.
• Ability to apply AI to process management and drive intelligent transformation.
• Certifications such as PMP, Process Management Professional, Data Analysis, or Change Management preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end process issues, from identification to resolution, by conducting root cause analysis, developing improvement plans, and ensuring effective implementation
• Review and summarize recurring process issues; produce analytical reports to support process optimization and drive improvements to meet efficiency targets
• Lead company-wide process optimization projects by coordinating sub-project managers, defining transformation objectives, solutions, and plans, and managing stakeholders, resources, and risks. Ensure project progress, track implementation outcomes, and conduct project reviews
• Organize and deliver training on process management; establish standardized methodologies to enhance overall organizational process management capabilities
• Review and update process documentation at all levels, clearly defining responsibilities and rules for each stage of the process
• Contribute to the development of process performance indicators and evaluation frameworks; drive responsible departments to complete process optimization and corrective actions
• Ensure the process management system aligns with the company’s business development needs and is continuously improved

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in business administration, management, data analytics, computer science, telecommunications, supply chain, finance, or related disciplines are preferred
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience; candidates with experience in the telecom will be preferred
• Proficiency in process mapping, process diagnosis, process reengineering, and process system development, with experience in end-to-end process management
• Hands-on experience leading or playing a key role in process transformation projects; familiarity with the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives, including research and analysis, solution design, change management, cross-team coordination, and post-project review
• Capability in applying AI to process management, including identifying and structuring AI use cases based on business pain points, driving intelligent transformation, and enhancing process automation
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Process Management Professional, Data Analysis, or Change Management are preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English
