Qualifications

• Good understanding of Design of Experiment (DoE), FMECA, statistics, and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience in micro-electronics is a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for business.

Responsibilities

• Define process flow, requirements and specifications to optimize machinery performance.
• Discuss conceptual design with customers for new product and enhance existing process design.
• Support on-site process optimization and troubleshoot engineering evaluations.
• Debug machinery functions to meet customer requirements and conduct process analysis.
• Support internal machinery optimization before buy-off.
• Test samples provided by customers for bonding.
