Job summary

Capstone Construction&Engineering Company Limited is seeking an experienced Electrical/Mechanical Engineering professional in Hong Kong to design, review and optimize building services systems. The role involves coordinating E&M subcontractors, conducting on-site inspections, and preparing technical documents and drawings to meet HK regulations and international standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related).
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Holding a relevant membership or engineering license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, review and optimize electrical and mechanical systems, including electrical, HVAC, fire services and plumbing & drainage (ELV) systems.
• Coordinate and manage E&M subcontractors to ensure construction quality and schedule adherence.
• Conduct on-site inspections and tests to verify compliance with Hong Kong regulations and international standards.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documents, tender submissions and construction drawings.
• Maintain close communication with project teams, clients and relevant authorities.
• Resolve technical issues arising during construction and propose innovative solutions.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services or related)

Requirements
