Job Description:

• Responsible for the planning and design of the private wealth management digital platform and the customer service system, as well as the demand analysis of Desktop and Mobile based digital products, which includes collecting business requirements, researching business function, formulating product plans, designing product functions, performing data statistics and analysis, etc.
• Coordinate resources with the IT team, follow up projects, and complete work in the field of requirement specification, prototype design, functional testing, project acceptance, etc.
• Undertake the operation support of relevant IT systems, coordinate with the IT team to respond to the questions of business colleagues and online issues on time, collect and organize feedback, continuously improve product performance and optimize features to deliver better user experience.

Qualifications:

• Full-time Master’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or other Science and Engineering-related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT-relevant work experience; experience in the securities industry is preferred.
• Hands‑on involvement in IT system development, IT project management, and IT requirement management. Able to work independently in completing requirement analysis, IT product design and planning.
• Be familiar with the design of Mobile and Desktop products, capable of prototypes design, and proficient in commonly used work software.
• Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills. Demonstrate proficiency in managing project quality and timeline.
• Have good professional ethics, be of upright character, and have no adverse records.
