Job Description

• Responsible for planning and designing the private wealth management digital platform and the customer service system, and analyzing demand for desktop and mobile digital products, including collecting business requirements, researching business functions, formulating product plans, designing product functions, performing data statistics and analysis.
• Coordinate resources with the IT team, follow up on projects, and complete work in requirement specification, prototype design, functional testing, and project acceptance.
• Undertake operation support of relevant IT systems, coordinate with the IT team to address business colleagues’ questions and online issues promptly, collect and organize feedback, and continuously improve product performance and optimize features to deliver better user experience.

Qualifications

• Full‑time Master’s degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or other Science and Engineering‑related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of IT‑relevant work experience; experience in the securities industry is preferred.
• Hands‑on involvement in IT system development, IT project management, and IT requirement management; able to work independently in completing requirement analysis, IT product design and planning.
• Familiar with design of mobile and desktop products, capable of prototype design, and proficient in commonly used work software.
• Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills; demonstrate proficiency in managing project quality and timeline.
• Have good professional ethics, upright character, and no adverse records.
