Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to work with Investment Representatives in private wealth management for High Net Worth clients in Hong Kong. You will handle banking and investment transactions, assist with KYC, and support account opening and trade processing.

The role requires university degree in Finance or related field, strong client service skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance or related disciplines
• Relevant client service experience in wealth management or private banking
• Good knowledge of wealth management and private banking investment products and operations
• Flexible, detail-oriented and meticulous
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Execute a range of banking and investment transactions for clients
• Conduct pre-trade checks on product suitability and disclosures
• Follow up order executions and handle trade booking and settlement
• Monitor accounts’ margin usage and manage margin calls
• Handle inward/outward asset transfer requests
• Answer client enquiries and address feedback
• Collect and prepare account opening documentation and perform KYC
