Job summary

Lundbeck seeks an experienced sales leader to guide a private sector team in promoting CNS products to KOLs, private sector, and Macau markets. The role aims to achieve sales targets, drive growth, and execute marketing and scientific activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will oversee sales performance, coach subordinates, and contribute to market access and insight generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Medical field is required.
• At least 10 years in pharmaceutical sales management is required.
• Exposure to CNS and neuro-rare disease markets is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the private sector sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and guide subordinates to maintain high standards and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise team with clear goals, plans, and performance expectations.
• Build relationships with clients and cultivate partnerships with KOLs and gatekeepers.
• Prepare sales targets and forecasts for product demand; execute sales and marketing strategies.
• Lead by example and provide coaching for team development and performance.
