Venture Search in Hong Kong is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to support fundraising mandates and investor relations for alternative asset strategies. You will research markets, prepare investor materials and help build relationships with institutional clients across Asia-Pacific.

Ideal candidates have 1.5–3 years in investment banking, asset management or related fields, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and excellent communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
• 1.5–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, private credit, investor relations or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and alternative investment strategies.
• Excellent financial analysis, research and presentation skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Support fundraising mandates across private equity, private credit, real estate, infrastructure and other strategies.
• Prepare investment presentations, pitchbooks, fund overviews and investor materials.
• Conduct due diligence and investment analysis on fund managers and opportunities.
• Coordinate investor outreach and monitor fundraising progress.
• Assist in managing fundraising pipelines and transaction processes.
• Identify prospective institutional investors across Asia-Pacific and international markets.
• Develop relationships with institutional investors across regions.
• Conduct market research and analyze private markets and trends.
• Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, market updates and fundraising reports.
• Support senior management with new business development and client pitches.
• Monitor industry developments and fundraising activity.
