Michael Page (Hong Kong) is seeking an Investor Relations, VP to lead fundraising activity and investor communications for a Financial Services client in Hong Kong. You will manage RFPs, DDQs and related fundraising materials, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of information for investors.

The role requires 4–10 years in IR or related fundraising fields, with strong communication skills in English and a preference for Chinese speakers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 4–10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Placement Agency, Asset Management, Private Equity or Venture Capital.
• Strong experience handling RFPs, DDQs, fundraising processes and investor due diligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Chinese a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, project management and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Support fundraising activities across existing and prospective LP relationships.
• Lead preparation and management of RFPs, DDQs, due diligence materials and fundraising documentation.
• Coordinate responses to investor information requests and timely, accurate delivery of materials.
• Prepare marketing presentations, fund updates, quarterly reports and other investor communications.
• Maintain investor databases, fundraising pipelines and CRM records.
• Work with investment, finance, legal and compliance teams to support fundraising and investor servicing.
• Assist in organizing investor meetings, annual meetings and roadshows.
