Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager for a prestige Swiss private bank based in Hong Kong. The role supports Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality service to High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients across markets.

You will handle client enquiries, assist with onboarding, KYC reviews, and co-ordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client instructions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or a client servicing/front office support function.
• Solid understanding of private banking products, investment solutions, and account servicing processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding, KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements within the wealth management industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing private banking clients across multiple markets.
• Handle client enquiries related to account administration, banking services, investment transactions, and portfolio-related requests.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Credit, and Product teams to ensure efficient execution of client instructions.
• Assist with account opening, client onboarding, KYC reviews, account maintenance, and periodic client reviews.
• Support meeting arrangements, travel coordination, and other administrative duties.
• Contribute to improving client experience through proactive follow-up and efficient handling of client requests.
