Job summary

PineSearch Consulting in Hong Kong seeks an experienced private banking professional to support RMs, manage client relationships, and process a broad range of transactions including equities, FX, and deposits.

You will handle inquiries, prepare documentation (KYC), monitor compliance, and maintain accurate client records. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required, with strong communication skills and team spirit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar private banking role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services (FX, bonds, equities, derivatives).
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and AML procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist RMs in managing client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Execute banking and investment transactions for clients (equities, fixed income, FX, derivatives, funds, deposits, loans).
• Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare and process client documentation (account opening, KYC, due diligence).
• Monitor client transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to process client instructions smoothly.
• Conduct market research and prepare marketing materials for client meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records and financial spreadsheets.
• Act as a backup for RMs during absences and ensure continuity of service.
• Adhere to AML and risk management policies.
