Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Private Assets Manager in Central Hong Kong to oversee the day-to-day operation and management of a global portfolio of private assets, with a focus on aviation, yachts, luxury real estate and related services.

The role requires 7–15 years of relevant experience, strong vendor and budget management, cross-border coordination, superb discretion and fluent English (Mandarin advantageous); relocation to Hong Kong is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Background in private aviation, yachting/maritime, luxury real estate, Family Office or UHNW services.
• Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, projects and operational teams.
• International/cross-border experience and strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent follow-through. Fluent English; Mandarin advantageous.
• High level of discretion, reliability and service orientation.
• Ideally based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of global private assets, including real estate, aircraft and yachts.
• Manage vendors, property staff, pilots/crew and other service providers.
• Oversee budgets, operating costs, maintenance and repair projects.
• Identify operational or technical issues and coordinate timely solutions.
• Work closely with the Family Office, PAs, advisers and external partners.
• Coordinate assets, projects and service providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Handle daily and ad hoc matters with discretion, flexibility and a high level of service.

Job Title: Private Assets Manager (Yachts & Private Jets)

Location: Central Hong Kong (5 days in office)

Salary: HK$750,000 - HK$1,000,000 p/a

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Service Manager/Private Assets Manager to join a major Family Office in Asia, overseeing the day-to-day operation and management of a portfolio of global private assets, with a significant focus on private aircraft and aviation operations, alongside luxury real estate and yachts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within private aviation, yacht or maritime management, luxury real estate, family offices or high-net-worth individual services. This is a hands-on role requiring excellent operational judgement, strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, and a high level of discretion and service orientation.

Candidates already based in Hong Kong are strongly preferred. However, we are also open to candidates based in nearby locations who would be willing to relocate to Hong Kong for the role.
