Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced operations professional to join the Prime Services support team. The role centers on middle-office functions and timely trade processing across equity and fixed income cash trades.

You will collaborate with traders, risk, and operations to ensure accurate allocations and reporting, while delivering strong client service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of operations/middle office experience in financial services.
• Strong client service orientation and ability to manage risk.
• Attention to detail with ability to multi-task and work in a team.
• Proficient in Excel; VBA experience is preferred.
• English required; Mandarin/Cantonese preferred; Korean/Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of client-related functions: trade allocations, amendments, client queries & reporting within timescales.
• Support equity swap allocation and equity & fixed income cash trade management.
• Understand hedge fund strategies, funding, financing, and securities lending.
• Provide margin recommendations with strong product knowledge and operational expertise.
• Liaise with all firm areas to deliver resources and solutions meeting client needs.
• Consult with clients on new reporting/technology and train on new tools.
