Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Prime Brokerage Client Support Analyst for a leading Investment Bank in Hong Kong. The role manages daily swap trade allocations, breaks, and cash trade matching and settlement, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will coordinate with global stakeholders, perform risk controls, and contribute to process improvements. Requires 1+ year in Financial Services Operations, strong English, Excel, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with experience in Financial Services Operations, preferably Prime Brokerage or Securities Operations.
• Proven client servicing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Chinese is advantageous but not required.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily client-related operational activities, including trade allocations, amendments, reporting, and client inquiries.
• Monitor and resolve trade allocation and settlement breaks in a timely manner.
• Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address client requirements and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational change projects.
• Work closely with team leaders and management to strengthen controls and maintain a robust risk framework.
• Identify, escalate and manage operational risks and control issues in a timely manner.

• Manage daily client-related operational activities, including trade allocations, amendments, reporting, and client inquiries, ensuring all tasks are completed within agreed service levels.
• Monitor and resolve trade allocation and settlement breaks in a timely manner.
• Partner with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams to address client requirements and resolve issues effectively.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational change projects.
• Work closely with team leaders and management to strengthen controls, enhance procedures, and maintain a robust risk framework.
• Identify, escalatemand manage operational risks and control issues in a timely manner.
• Degree holder with experience in Financial Services Operations, preferably within Prime Brokerage, Equities, Fixed Income, or Securities Operations.
• At least 1+ year of relevant experience - Proven client servicing experience with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are advantageous but not required.
• High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across local and global teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA or macro experience would be a plus.
