Job summary

SG HR Services Pte Ltd is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance on wafer manufacturing equipment, follow PM checklists, and conduct basic troubleshooting in a cleanroom environment. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule and requires strict adherence to safety standards.

You will support ad-hoc activities from time to time and contribute to equipment continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in preventive maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in semiconductor/wafer fab cleanroom equipment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance by following PM Checklist.
• Carry out basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on wafer manufacturing equipment.
• Perform daily equipment 5s and maintenance.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations in a cleanroom environment.
• Support ad-hoc activities assigned by Superior from time to time.
• Suggest ideas and participate in equipment continuous improvement projects.

• Must have experience in preventive maintenance under manufacturing environment
• Experience in semi-conductor / wafer fab cleanroom equipment will be an advantage
• Work in cleanroom environment on 12 hours rotating shift pattern
