Job summary

Forte Employment Services Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician stationed in AMK to perform setup, inspection and ongoing maintenance of production equipment. The role operates on a two- shift rotation (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm) with monthly rotation, and involves basic PLC/HMI controls and related tools.

You will respond to alarms, carry out troubleshooting and repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years hands-on equipment maintenance experience; regulated manufacturing experience is an advantage.
• Experience with PLC/HMI controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, and functional checks on production equipment.
• Respond to equipment and utility-system alarms or breakdowns; make the system safe, troubleshoot faults, complete authorized repairs or adjustments.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and contemporaneously in accordance with document-control and data-integrity requirements.
• Support Engineers in root-cause investigations by collecting evidence and equipment data, implementing assigned corrective actions, and reporting results.
