Job summary

Leadingnation seeks a seasoned Presentation Designer to craft high-quality visuals for client-ready materials. You will transform complex concepts into clear, compelling slides and graphics, collaborating with a fast-paced team handling pitch books and marketing collateral.

You will work with Project Coordinators and Creative Directors, using MS Office tools to add creative enhancements. Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in corporate, client-focused environments preferred (finance).
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

Job Duties

• Create high-quality presentations across multiple formats: conceptual and layout design, photo/video editing, data visualization, charts, infographics, illustrations, and icons.
• Transform slides into visually compelling, client-ready materials.
• Collaborate within a fast-paced 24/7 graphics and presentations team producing pitch books and marketing collateral.
• Partner with Project Coordinators and Creative Directors on design initiatives.
• Support pitch book production using MS Office tools, offering creative and visual enhancements.
• Engage directly with senior clients to interpret concepts and translate them into impactful visuals, adapting to varied purposes and requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to style guides and accuracy standards.
• Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
• Contribute fresh creative ideas and stay aligned with emerging design trends.
• Coordinate smooth handovers with colleagues and design teams.
• Escalate client or staff issues promptly.
• Capture detailed client specifications, document briefs, and communicate requirements to global design teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in creative services within a corporate, client-focused environment (financial industry preferred).
• Strong expertise in industry-standard design applications.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Preferred: experience proofreading presentations, familiarity with investment banking/asset management, and knowledge of print processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Understanding of GenAI applications in Adobe CC (e.g., Firefly).
• Strong command of Chinese (Simplified preferred) and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
