Job summary

International Law Firm is seeking a skilled Presentation and Graphic Designer to craft compelling slides and visual assets for executive briefings, client pitches and internal communications.

You will build branded templates, develop infographics, and ensure consistency across all marketing materials while collaborating with marketing, communications and business teams to deliver creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Graphic Designer or Presentation Designer, ideally within professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Keynote
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in presentation design, graphic design and visual communication
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory and layout
• Experience in brand management, with the ability to maintain visual consistency across marketing channels
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload efficiently
• Experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality presentations for executive leadership and client pitches.
• Create visuals for marketing campaigns and brand materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and business teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Develop and manage templates for presentations, reports and collateral.
• Produce assets for both digital and print media.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Ensure clarity and visual impact of materials.
