Graphic Event/Wedding Decoration Designer

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and detail-oriented Graphic & Visual Designer to craft refined aesthetic presentations, event visuals, and production artwork for bespoke weddings, luxury private celebrations, and corporate events. You will translate conceptual themes into cohesive visual designs, client pitch decks, and exact production outputs.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Event Visual Design: Design custom backdrops, realistic floral compositing on stage backdrops, couple logos/monograms, stationery, signage, and themed visual assets.

Visual Simulation & Proposals: Build refined client presentations, cohesive mood boards, and site-accurate digital visualizations that clearly illustrate spatial proportions, floral contours, structure dimensions, and ambient lighting within actual venue environments.

Production Artwork & Pre-press: Prepare accurate, print-ready vector files, scaled elevation layouts, and dielines for fabricators, printers, and on-site production teams.

Design Revision & Execution: Refine graphics and design drafts efficiently based on client feedback and production requirements.

About You

Core Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and raster graphics editing software (strong vector illustration, realistic image compositing, layout, and delicate typography skills are essential).

Professional Experience: 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, event branding, visual merchandising, exhibition styling, or wedding/event decor.

Design Sensibility: Excellent eye for color harmony, spatial balance, material textures, and luxury lifestyle aesthetics.

Print & Material Knowledge: Solid understanding of print specs, resolution, color management (CMYK/Pantone), large-format printing, and fabrication material basics (acrylic, foam board, fabric, wood finishes).

Bonus Skills: Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max) is a strong plus.

Communication: Fluency in Cantonese and English, with reliable time management to handle multiple project deadlines smoothly.
