Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to develop a high-net-worth client base, manage total wealth, and deliver tailored investment and insurance solutions. You will work across branches, collaborating with product specialists to meet complex needs and promote Premier services to attract new clients.

The role requires strong sales focus, exceptional communication, and a client-centric mindset, with Cantonese and English fluency and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• University-level education in finance, business, or related discipline.
• Experience in a client-facing environment with strong relationship-building ability.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Holder of relevant insurance and investment licenses and CPD requirements.
• Candidates without banking background will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop Premier customer base and establish long-term relationships with an assigned Premier clientele portfolio.
• Match clients' wealth with our financial and investment product solutions.
• Demonstrate curiosity about customers and help them reach financial goals.
• Collaborate with product specialists for advanced input to fulfill multiple needs.
• Promote Premier Service and refer clients to other HSBC units when appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives and provide customer feedback for audits and quality assurance.
• Maintain compliance with local and global regulations and HSBC principles.
