• Manage insurance portfolios and maintain Premier mainland client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and persistence
• Engage end-to-end insurance service: needs identification, solution recommendations, application fulfilment, and follow-up
• Provide specialist advice on insurance solutions to meet Premier customers' needs
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver HSBC service standards
• Foster a positive team culture through referrals and knowledge sharing
